How was the cut to Rs 51
Saeed said that on 25th May 2015, his SBI account suddenly reduced to 51 rupees. When they asked the bank, it came to know that the bank sent a check book to Syed's home courier. But there was no one at home, so the courier went back to the person. In this courier person charged Rs 51. Which the bank cut from Saeed's account When Saeed heard this reason, he was surprised. Saeed said that he had not even opted to send the check book home. It was the receipt of his checkbook by visiting the bank. Then cutting the 51 rupees is wrong.
Apart from cutting 51 rupees, Saeed was more complaining than the bank. He informed that on September 23, 2014, he transferred 20 thousand rupees to the account of Twinkle Public School. But even after three days money was not available, the school people complained to Sayeed. Saeed asked the bank about this, the bankers said that the concerned employee was on leave. So money could not be transferred. Saeed also made a match to make the payment again. But there was no answer. After about eight days rupees were transferred. But the bank did not ask for any apology for this.
Saeed said that the poor service of the bank was going on. But the employees of the bank were not taking the name of improvement. So, they complained in the Consumer Forum. Whose decision came three years later and Sayeed won
